Figures marked with a dagger are not published by Azizi Developments. They come from authorised channel partners and from figures quoted consistently across the market ahead of the pre-launch sales event, and we confirm every one of them in writing against the developer's sales pack before any booking is placed.

Azizi Florence is not a cluster added to an existing suburb. Thirty million square feet were master-planned as one piece: six residential clusters set around a 1.7 million sq.ft central park, six pocket parks, and shaded Green Sikka gardens threading between the homes.
A quarter of the land is left as open landscape, and twelve kilometres of cycling and jogging track connect it end to end. A school for a thousand students, two Jumma mosques, six clubhouses, a community mall, a cinema and a three-thousand-seat amphitheatre all sit inside the gates — so most of an ordinary day happens on foot.

Villas, townhouses and apartments inside one master plan, so a first home and a six-bedroom family villa can sit on the same park. Each collection is priced and released on its own schedule — the townhouses lead, and the rest follow at the pre-launch event.

Renders are the developer's artist's impressions of the unit types shown and are indicative of the architecture, not of a specific plot, elevation or finish. Areas and prices are starting figures, move by cluster and release, and are confirmed in writing before booking.

Azizi's own renders of the community — the arrival pavilion and central park, the townhouse terraces, and the standalone villa collection.
The arrival pavilion, the central park and the streets between the clusters — the parts of Florence that belong to everybody.

Standalone homes on their own plots, in four, five and six bedroom layouts.
The volume of the master plan — garden townhouses arranged in low-rise terraces.
The community's apartment stock, released after the townhouse and villa clusters.
Sized for 1,000 students and built inside the gates, so the morning run is a walk.
Residents' clubhouses distributed across the clusters, with spas, gyms and pools.
A community cinema and a 3,000-seat open-air amphitheatre for the evenings.
A hall the size of a wedding — the reason residents will not book elsewhere.
Retail, grocery and dining held within the community rather than a drive away.
Two Friday mosques, with a prayer hall inside every residential cluster.
Facilities are as described by Azizi Developments. Provision and phasing are set by the developer and confirmed in the sale documentation.
A quarter of the land was left as landscape. Everything else was placed around it.
